From Audit to Action: Slamdance & My Next Writing Moves

Last week, I mentioned that I performed a mid-year audit of my DOIN (Declaration of Independence, aka business plan), and the review boiled down to one simple question: “Okay, now what?” The answer? Finish it. Close the deal on my 2026 sub-goals. These sub-goals—both long-term and short-term—are exactly what will get me closer to achieving my primary goal of securing top-tier literary representation, and I’ve already continued the journey of moving them forward.
